By using Wizard Retouchers’ services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Who Can Use Our Services: Our services are for anyone 18 or older. By working with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

What We Do: We provide professional image editing and retouching, including clipping paths, color correction, high-end retouching, and related post-production work. You agree to give us all the necessary files and instructions so we can deliver the work you expect.

Payment: Our services are paid, with fees clearly stated in your invoice. Payment must be made according to the schedule below:

           First Week: Any remaining payment for each order must be made within 24 hours after the order is completed.

            Following Weeks (First Month): Payments are made weekly for the remainder of the first month.

            After One Month: Clients may choose to switch to monthly payments. All monthly payments must be made between                                 the 1st and 5th of the following month.

We accept standard payment methods like credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other mutually agreed-upon options.

Ownership & Copyright: You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all files and materials you provide. Once we receive full payment, the edited images become your property.

Privacy & Confidentiality: We treat your files and project details as confidential. We will not share them with anyone unless you give us permission.

Revisions & Approval: We offer a reasonable number of revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final result. Once you approve the work, the project is considered complete, and any additional changes may incur extra charges.

Liability: Wizard Retouchers is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, profits, or opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Ending Services: We can refuse or stop work at any time if a client is not following these terms.

Changes to Terms: We can update these terms whenever necessary. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.

Governing Law: The laws of the US govern these terms, and any disputes will be handled in US courts.
